Make A Wish
Since 1895, Chi Omega Fraternity members have given their time and talent to provide service to others. In the late 1990s, the leadership in Chi Omega researched opportunities for establishing a national philanthropy, and in 2002, they announced the Chi Omega/Make-A-Wish alliance.
Chi Omega has raised over 19 million dollars, given 1,000,000 volunteer hours, and funded thousands of wish grants for children with life-threatening illnesses. Chi Omega believes that the power of a wish can change the course of a child’s life. Wishes provide hope, and give Make-A-Wish kids a new lease on life to continue fighting.
Our Fraternity's goal is to have both collegiate and alumnae chapters become increasingly involved in volunteering and fundraising for Make-A-Wish and to assist in the granting of wishes to these courageous kids. Through this, all Chi Omegas can understand the importance of service to others as a founding principle of our Sisterhood. For more information about Make-A-Wish, visit wish.org.
Epsilon Gamma and Make a Wish
Tulsa Chi Omega holds several philanthropy events throughout the year, which all occur during our Fall and Spring "Wish Weeks." During Fall Wish Week, we have an all-you-can-eat buffet donated by many surrounding Tulsa restaurants called "Chi O Cravings where we invite all of campus to come support Make A Wish. In the fall we also put on "HootieFest," a field day competition between other Greek teams full of different games along with a bake sale throughout the week. During Spring Wish Week, we host a variety of events that vary throughout the years. Our events are designed to create a fun atmosphere while also raising money to help grant wishes. We also work closely with the Tulsa chapter of Make a Wish to help in any way we can.

Join us to celebrate wish week!
